Method 2:

IMPORTANT: Users MUST have enrolled in the Password Self-Service. You will need to enroll once. Please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

1. Navigate to the Password Reset link

2. Click "Forgot your password?"

3. Type your work email address.

4. Click "NEXT"

5. Type what you see in the image for verification, then click "NEXT"

6. Answer the 3 security questions to verify identity, then click "NEXT"

7. Type the new password that meets the requirements shown below.

Tip: Password Requirements:

Minimum password length: 12 characters
Maximum password age: 1 year
Password History: Cannot be the same as any of your last 10 passwords. 
Complexity Requirements:

  • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

Contain characters from each of the following four categories:

  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

8. Click "FINISH"

9. Click "CONTINUE" to complete the password reset.

10. Connect to Wi-Fi on your work laptop.

11. Please wait 5-10 minutes for changes to apply. After you wait, enter the "new password" to login. Office 365 apps will prompt you to sign using this new password after a few minutes.
