Method 1:

IMPORTANT: Users MUST have enrolled in the Password Self-Service. You will need to enroll once. Please contact the IT Helpdesk if you need assistance enrolling in this service.

IMPORTANT: If your Culligan laptop does not show the "Reset Password" link then you are only eligible to reset your password on the internet. Use "Method 2" to proceed.

1. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

2. Click Reset Password.

3. You will be directed to a Reset Password page, enter your work email address, then click Next.

4. Type the letters and numbers you see for verification, then click Next.

5. Answer your 3 security questions to verify your identity, then click Next.

6. Enter a new password that meets the requirements below.

Tip: Password Requirements:

Minimum password length: 12 characters
Maximum password age: 1 year
Password History: Cannot be the same as any of your last 10 passwords. 
Complexity Requirements:

  • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

Contain characters from each of the following four categories:

  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

7. Click Next to complete the password reset.

8. Please wait 5-10 minutes for changes to apply. After you wait, enter the "new password" to login. Office 365 apps will prompt you to sign using this new password after a few minutes.
